June 30, 2019 — Invitations sent by Northwest Youth Services
August 1, 2019 — Early bird tickets go on sale online
September 1, 2019 — Regular price tickets go on sale online
October 4, 2019 — Finalize all table guests
October 21, 2019 — Final names to Northwest Youth Services
November 8, 2019 — 2019 Light Their Path Gala
Getting Started
As a table captain, the main ask is that you fill a table of 8.
Your table can be people who are familiar with Northwest Youth Services or people who you would like to introduce to the organization or anyone in between.
The goal of the event is, of course, to raise as much money as we can to support young people experiencing homelessness in our community, but you’ll also play a role in helping the mission of the organization resonate with guests as well.
We will provide you with a comprehensive packet of information that can be accessed above, if you’d like to take a look now. This packet will walk you through the steps of table captaining, including sample emails to send to prospective guests, a pre-event check list and much more! Development staff at Northwest Youth Services will be available to support you.
In recognition of your support, Table Captains also receive some fun incentives. These include one VIP parking space at the event for the first 10 table captains to join us and a special Table Captain check in table.
