Thank you for your Interest in Our Holiday Donation!

NWYS serves youth ages 13-24 years old. While around five of our clients have toddlers ages 5-8, most of our requested donations will be for teens and young adults. Continue reading to see suggestions, and please feel free to donate items for our clients’ children as well!

 

We are also requesting donations of wrapping paper, bags, tissue paper, boxes, tape, bows, etc. While the gift donations should be new/ unused, wrapping supplies do not have to be!

 

If ordering online from links below, gifts and wrapping supplies can be sent to or physically dropped off at 1020 North State Street. Please save and tape copies of receipts to the donated item for our tax documentation.

What do our clients want/need?

Gift Cards: One of NWYS goals is to promote autonomy in the lives of our clients. Gift cards are a fantastic way to achieve this!

Coffee: Starbucks, Woods, Makeworth Coffee Roasters, Camber, Black Fern, Banter, Cruisin’ Coffee, Café Adagio, Avellino Coffeehouse

Food: Mallard, McDonalds, Domino’s, Little Ceasar’s

Groceries: Fred Meyer, Grocery Outlet, Trader Joe’s, WinCo, Safeway, Walmart

Entertainment: You can gift a few months of a streaming service like Netflix, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Crunchyroll, or any of your other favorites.

Gas Cards: You can preload any amount onto a gas card from any local gas station.

Activities! Youth and young adults love something fun to do.

Art supplies: colored pencils, sketch books, canvas, acrylic paint, pastels, erasers, markers, adult coloring books

Outings: Tickets for sports events in town or the movies, vouchers for classes (such as a yoga class at a local studio), vouchers for services (such as massage therapy or a haircut)
