Queer Youth Services (QYS)
Many youth who experience housing instability
identify as LGBTQ+. Queer Youth Services is for them.
QYS provides education, advocacy, and other forms of support to local youth, their families, and community providers.
We offer support in a variety of ways, including:

Helping youth through the name-change process

Connecting youth with medical and mental health providers

Special events that offer gender-affirming clothing, artistic outlets, and more
Available to all
Anyone who uses any NWYS program or service can take advantage of QYS. Ask any staff member what we offer. Your case manager might also offer QYS if it seems right for you.
